I’m the Technical Support Manager here at Everleap, and I’d like to offer up my point of view today and get straight to the point of what Everleap is all about.
Everleap has two hosting plans: the Single site plan or Multi-site plan. You can compare the two plans on our website. When you sign up, just choose whichever plan fits your needs. Remember that you can always upgrade from the Single site plan to the Multi-site plan at a later time if you need to. So if you’re not sure what you need now, go with the Single site plan to start.
Both plans have the ability to add more resources by adding a PowerPack service.
But what happens if you need even more power? We always need more power, right?!
You can add a Reserved Cloud Server to your plan.
A Reserved Cloud Server is a single server that you don’t share with any other customers. They’re available from 1 GB of memory and 1 CPU up to 4 GB of memory with 4 CPUs. If you’re on the Single site plan your site will be on the server on it’s own. If you’re on Multi-site plan, all of your sites live on one Reserved Cloud Server.
Not sure if a Reserved Cloud Server is right for you? I would just urge you to give it a try. Our technical support team can help you out by instantly and seamlessly moving your site or application to a Reserved Cloud Server so you can see the difference for yourself. Any questions you have, we’re here to answer.
“Well Martin, that’s great, but I need POWER!”
Not a problem. Just add a second Reserved Cloud Server. The two servers will be load balanced, with your site and applications being served from both.
With Everleap you have the ability to continue to upgrade as your site grows. And we’ll give you 30 days to try Everleap for free – if you don’t think it’s as great as we do, cancel within 30 days and you won’t spend a penny. We’re that confident that you’re going to love it.
Oh, and support? Just check out our reviews. I think they speak for themselves. We provide the cloud industry’s best support to a lot of happy customers. Everyone you communicate with here at Everleap knows the system inside out. It’s 100% tier 1 support, all the time. You have my personal assurance that we will do whatever it takes to solve any problem you might run in to, and we’re always happy to answer any questions you have.
In a world where personal, hands-on support is becoming rare (or extremely expensive), we want Everleap to be a place where you feel like you are working with a technical team that cares about what you’re doing and is really on your side. Check out this customer story where Pam Nelligan of Statdash says, “It’s like I have my own IT department working for me. I have no idea how I could have launched my company without you.” That’s just one of many customer stories you can read on our site.
We’re here working for you every day, because we want to be part of your success. And that’s not just my point of view, it’s a feeling that everyone here at Everleap shares.
